Returns & Refunds policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days providing that the order is not for a product built to order, such as the Spectrum DSP units: M1+, M2+ and M3+ are built to order, however, where possible, we will endeavour to make are refund. Please remember that this is a technology project, and considerable effort has been made to produce a product at a far reduced costs for enthusiasts.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the goods providing they are returned as new, complete, functional, and in the original undamaged packaging. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order if permitted by the payment service provider, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement providing the return is due to a defect that we have been unable to rectify within 45 days. In the case of cancellations without verifiable defect, there will be a small deduction to cover the transportation and administration costs.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• The goods are undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging

The following goods cannot be returned (unless defective):

• The supply of goods made to order.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Faulty Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us. We will help to reduce the cost of the return as much as possible, and in the case of a defect, we will refund any previously agreed costs. Please contact us by email for details.

Please note that damage caused by incorrect use or static discharge is not included in the warranty.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty

All products are provided with a 1 year warranty from the date of shipment excluding wear and tear defects. Before returning goods you should contact us by e-mail info@quantumsdr.com requesting warranty support. Goods must be returned with the warranty seals intact at the customers cost. We reserve the right to replace or refund the value of the product if repair is not possible.

Reverse engineering

You expressly agree not to reverse engineer or allow to be reverse engineered the product obtained, which is protected by international copyright.
